Opel Astra GTC 1.6 Turbo: Rüsselsheim sportsmanship

It is the course of events. Very clear. If Opel the first Astra GTC by the line at the end of the year, the fast Gölfe at every turn are lurking. GTI or GTC – the question must be clarified. And after our first riding at the circuit with the flat two-door, we know: this time it is really exciting. Because Opel has technically deep resorted in the bag of tricks and the sporting Astra missed a landing gear, which probably would have driven the economists in Wolfsburg tears in the eyes. Was not unlike their colleagues in Rüsselsheim, Germany, but their technicians had the better arguments. Or they have their impressive LG presented the BWLern before the discussion and asked immediately after the test drive at the Nürburgring, who is against it. The answer was probably: No.

Astra GTC with elaborate chassis that is at the heart of the new Opel Astra GTC therefore not under the hood, but in the chassis. The VW brothers have however 210 horses on board. Opel will certainly not disappoint his fans and submit an OPC version of the Opel Astra GTC, which breaks the 200 HP mark.
